Lava Lizard

Lava Lizards are only formed inside active volcanoes, first appearing as nothing more than a ball of hot magma, the creature slowly unfurls and straightens out into a long and lively elemental being. If a Lava Lizard wanders too far from a sufficient heat source, the rock found on their back will slowly spread, making movement more and more difficult until the creature turns completely to stone. These rare ‘sculptures’ sell for a high price among the monster hunters of the realm.

This one page, one piece template folds and unfolds into an elemental dragon.

The template features advanced paper engineering and ‘theatrical design’ to create a fun folding experience. As you build the Lava Lizard you will start by building an unrecognizable ball of lava and rock until the last few steps when the template suddenly and dramatically unfurls into the final lizard shape.
