This simple mascot paper toy was designed for Sheffield’s University Technical Collage (UTC) as part of a promotional campaign around the facilities opening.
UTC Sheffield offers specialist courses designed with employers in five areas: Computing; Creative and Digital Media; Engineering and Advanced Manufacturing; Health Sciences and Sport Science. These are all regional, national and international growth areas that will offer strong career opportunities in the future. The model was given out as a flat template at many events to young learners as well at various educational showcases in Sheffield.
The UTC’s logo was used to make the side appendages of this unusual axolotl inspired creature.
