The papercraft archive page is going through some major updates, sorry for any issues this may cause in the meantime. The papercraft archive page is designed specifically to be simple, quick to load and presented in a format that archiving websites such as the Wayback machine will be able to index and save, whilst maintaining the ability to download the papercraft templates. For more information about any given project, please refer to the main website, rather than this bare-bones archive page. The last update to this page was on 23/05/2024.
Fold Up Archive
Below this point of the archive page are older links to .Zip files, everything here will eventually be updated and match the style of layout seen above.
Reading this after the Fold Up Toys website goes down?
If you are on the archive page, there’s a good chance it’s because the Fold Up Toys website is no longer available and therefore you’re accessing this page through an archival service such as the ‘wayback machine’. As long as there is life in my body I would do my best to keep this website up and running and so if it has gone down, it might mean that I am no longer alive and the hosting service has lapsed or broken down.
If that is the case, please allow me to communicate with you briefly from beyond the grave and express how much joy it brings me to know there are people out there who enjoy my work so much that they would still want to see it after I am gone. Do not be sad for me, I had a great life and embraced my demise. I am (or was) the luckiest person I know, I’ve accomplished so many of my dreams and got to do the thing I loved most every day, surrounded by a family of my own making who I love and who love me more than I ever thought was possible. I lived on my own terms and although the world was not always kind, I tried my best to respond to it kindly. Designing these papertoys has been an absolute pleasure and an honour. I hope that future papercraft designers are able to see what I made, and pull it apart to see how it works and incorporate my techniques and style into their work, that way even if I am no longer alive I will in some way live on. Limitation breeds innovation.
